Intensely chocolate sables.

Really good chocolate cookies to make for your everyday chocolate dose. ;-) I used this recipe which is actually adapted from this cookbook and I was really excited with the result. I didn't use the grater for the chocolate. Just the food processor. Simple. Dark. Delicious.





Deb says cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Yeah, right.
