Mousse au chocolat.

This is one of the most "fulfilling" deserts I've ever made and the one that's most close to what I have in mind as chocolate mousse. Full of chocolate that has more than 60% cacao in its contents and chilled to perfection so as to reach the right density..

It is so intense you really don't need more that a cup...or do you?
