Homemade chocolate fudge.

this is the first time I made fudge and that's because the recipe I found uses only four ingredients plus, the process is really easy and believe me: this is the easiest snack to make, especially for those times you're in a desperate need for something sweet but you are just not in the mood of going out and "grab something from the grocery store sweet", this is the way to go. it is also extremely healthy and gluten-free. you can make it using only four (!) ingredients we all usually have on hand in our kitchen pantry and here's the how to:

homemade chocolate fudge recipe (makes 9 squares):

you'll need:
1/2 cup refined coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp. almond butter (I used regular butter)

Line a 6x6 inch pan with plastic wrap, extending it well beyond the edges on all four sides. Set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together coconut oil, honey, cocoa powder, and almond butter. Then, using an immersion blender, blend together ingredients until completely smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Transfer to freezer and freeze for 15 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve immediately, or store in refrigerator until ready to eat.

Enjoy!
