So this is the coolest thing these best friends guys did: they wanted so badly to live in the same neighborhood so they found the desired land they wanted to live in, bought it and then they built tiny houses in it. Their project is called "Llano exit strategy" and it consists of 400sq ft "modern meets rustic"style houses, are environmental and budget friendly and were designed with the Texas weather in mind.
Best friends living together: you can't go wrong with that:)
